As you know, part of being a member of the speed skating club means that you need to fundraise throughout the year to help keep costs low for all skaters. One of the fundraisers we have is our annual Grey Cup scratch tickets.

You will be given 40 tickets to sell at $2 each. When we give you the tickets you will need to give us a cheque for $80 made out to Winnipeg Central Speed Skating Club (or WCSSC). All money you collect when selling the tickets you can keep.

We will need all stubs back by Tuesday November 19th so that we can notify the winners and award their prizes. 

For those of you that have never sold the Grey Cup tickets before:

The tickets will have a scratch off portion that will reveal the possible score of the Grey Cup game. If the game has that score at the end of each quarter or end of the game they win the corresponding prize listed on the ticket.

When you sell the ticket you must keep the portion that lists their name and return that to the club. If you are unable to sell all the tickets, then write your own name down, since you have pre-purchased those tickets with the cheque you gave us.
