Alexa Scott of Clandeboye, Manitoba was crowned Canadian Junior Long Track Champion January 6th at the Calgary Olympic Oval. This title earned her a spot on the World Junior Championship Team.

Heather McLean of Winnipeg, Man. finished first in both the ladies 500m and 1000m.

Jess Neufeld of Winnipeg, Man. finished first in the men’s mass start.

Tyson Langelaar of Winnipeg, Man. second in the 1500m.

The Canadian Team for the World Single Distance Championships in Inzell, Germany, February 7-10, 2019 will be announced shortly – good luck Manitoba skaters!
